Stratt+ Industrial Management seeks a Reliability Engineer for a terminal operation in the Rotterdam port to improve uptime, optimize maintenance and reduce costs. You will support maintenance, identify improvements and determine replacement timing for critical components.

The role requires an HBO diploma in a technical field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Dutch and English and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in process industry.
• Knowledge of FMECA, RCA and RCM methodologies.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
• Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA) during outages.
• Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
• Monitor and report KPI on reliability and maintenance.
• Draft improvement proposals and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and procurement to implement improvements.
