Job summary

KellyDeli is seeking a Marketing Assistant BENELUX to drive local marketing execution, digital activation and retail excellence across the BENELUX region. You will support brands, deliver campaign assets, and manage in‑kiosk execution, working closely with the BENELUX Senior Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams.

You will be highly organized, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects, with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• First experience in marketing, including a placement, internship or first role.
• Experience in food, FMCG, retail or hospitality is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the BENELUX marketing plan on time, in full and on brand.
• Support delivery of 360° campaigns — in‑kiosk activations, POS materials, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Adapt and localise marketing assets using Canva while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines.
• Coordinate production and delivery of local marketing collateral for campaigns, promotions, product launches and store openings.
• Support the implementation of key product launches and innovation initiatives.
• Draft briefs for internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, with the support of your manager.
• Participate in the planning and execution of local promotional activities throughout the year.
• Load and maintain content across web, social and in‑kiosk screens, and support their development.
• Support the local Google Reviews programme, encouraging review generation and tracking progress.
• Keep listings, product data and imagery accurate on retailer digital platforms.
