Job summary

ASVZ is seeking a Personal Caregiver for the Schoorstraat 4-45 residence in Udenhout. The role involves supporting seven adults with mild to moderate intellectual disability, coordinating care plans, and promoting independence through structured daily activities.

You will be the primary contact for residents, work in shifts, and contribute to a collaborative team environment under the Triple-C vision. A contract for a fixed term with potential for permanency is offered.

Qualifications

• A completed MBO 4 in Social Care or an equivalent care and welfare program.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts; no night shifts at this location.
• Commitment to Triple-C approach and resident-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate care plans with residents.
• Monitor progress and quality of care provided.
• Participate in team meetings with colleagues and other disciplines.
• Ensure clear agreements within the team.
