Qualifications

• Proven experience as BSP worker or expedition worker in the meat industry.
• Experience with meat processing and working with machines.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Flexible and motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cutting beef using machines according to production standards
• Mixing beef in the correct portions and fat percentages
• Preparing products for further processing or shipment
• Working safely with machines and equipment
• Following hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Supporting the expedition/logistics process when needed
