Job summary

ViVa! Zorggroep in Heemskerk is looking for an ANIOS / Basisarts to work in geriatric medicine. You'll provide medical care, manage patient pathways, and collaborate with various professionals. Ideal candidates will have BIG registration and strong Dutch language skills. Job Overview

As an ANIOS / Basisarts at ViVa! Zorggroep, you will gain experience in the growing field of geriatric medicine, working on our PG and somatic wards and in geriatric rehabilitation. Your responsibilities include providing medical care, drafting and implementing care plans, and managing patients’ pathways.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical care to clients on PG, somatic, and geriatric rehabilitation units.
• Create and execute individualized care plans and coordinate care regimens.
• Conduct day shifts, including night, evening, and weekend coverage (approximately three times per month).
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and psychosocial professionals.

Qualifications

• BIG registration as a medical doctor with relevant experience, such as ANIOS in a hospital or nursing home.
• Strong command of Dutch, both spoken and written, and excellent communication skills.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Effective time‑management, enabling autonomous scheduling of tasks and patient care.
• Decision‑making ability, goal orientation, and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain flexibility.

• Permanent contract with indefinite duration.
