Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Welcome guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, shelves, and equipment.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Handle payments, operate the cash register/POS system, and issue receipts.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Clean and wash glassware and tools after use.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the bar/kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift.
