Bartine and Popolo in Amsterdam are seeking experienced baristas who love specialty coffee. You will be part of the front-of-house team, dialing in espresso to the standard, keeping queues moving, and tending the bar with care.

We operate daytime hours with weekends, and training is provided. English is used for hiring and daily work, and you’ll join a big network of colleagues who can help cover shifts and grow within the business.

Descripción del empleo

We look for baristas for both of our brands: Bartine, our sourdough bakeries, and Popolo, our sandwich shop on the Herengracht. Either way the coffee bar is the heart of the counter, and the coffee gets the care it deserves.

This suits an experienced barista who loves specialty coffee and keeps their rhythm when the queue is out the door. You're part of the front-of-house team, you step in wherever it's busy, and you work a mix of weekdays and weekends. We hire in English.
