Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een Bandleader in Aalsmeer die de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid voor het productieproces van bloemboeketten op zich neemt. In deze rol manage je een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste posities staan.

Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het organiseren en coördineren van alle activiteiten op de productielijn, het aangeven van medewerkers en het waarborgen van kwaliteits- en productiviteitsnormen.

Qualifications

• Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en in staat om een team te motiveren.
• Ervaring in de bloemenveilingsector is vereist.
• In staat om medewerkers effectief aan te wijzen op basis van hun sterke punten.

Responsibilities

• Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid voor het productieproces van bloemboeketten.
• Organiseren, coördineren en monitoren van activiteiten op de productielijn.
• Zorgdragen voor kwaliteits- en productiviteitsnormen.

Over de vacature:

We are looking for a Bandleader who will take daily responsibility for overseeing the production process of flower bouquets. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 10 employees and ensure that the right people are placed in the right positions. Thanks to your leadership, planning, and organizational skills, production runs efficiently and daily targets are achieved.

As a bandleader, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all activities on the production line. You will maintain an overview of operations, guide employees, and ensure that quality and productivity standards are met.
