Job summary

Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 is seeking a Bakery Associate to deliver fast, friendly service and assist in daily bakery operations. You will help with preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products while maintaining 5S standards and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, capable of guiding junior staff, and committed to quality, availability and customer satisfaction in a retail bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist bakery manager in day-to-day operations, merchandising, sanitation and training.
• Oversee bakery operations, including preparation, baking, presentation and inventory control.
• Assist in training and development of bakery associates to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies.
