Job summary

Creative Clicks is seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering a portfolio of digital products. You will work closely with frontend, mobile, product, BI, and infrastructure teams across international markets.

You will take ownership from feature design to deployment and monitoring, contributing to production-grade systems in a fast-moving environment. Hybrid work model with an international, diverse team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS preferred).
• Relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with backend testing practices and frameworks.
• Comfortable working with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop and optimize data models, queries, and database schemas.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code (unit, integration, and API tests).
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Improve backend architecture, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and deployment processes where needed.
