momomedicalbv is seeking a Medior/Senior Backend Developer to join the integrations team in Delft. You will be responsible for designing and developing integration services using Node.js and TypeScript, working collaboratively with cross-discipline teams to address the needs of healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js, alongside strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on AWS services. The opportunity includes a hybrid work model and various benefits including vacation days and growth opportunities.
Are you the kind of developer who would shape a solution rather than follow a spec? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your code makes a real difference?
Join Momo Medical’s integrations team where you will be helping in connecting the day-to-day tools used by healthcare professionals with the Momo app. As a medior/senior backend developer, you will be working in a cross-discipline team to understand what caregivers really want and build integrations with various healthcare providers such as GPS tags, smart cameras (with fall detection, door control), etc.
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale‑up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.
You will be responsible for designing and developing integration services using Node.js and TypeScript to ensure the Momo Services can process events from various external parties.
We value the following:
You are enthusiastic and driven to make a difference for caregivers. You have experience (3+ years) in Node.js, strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript (or any other backend technology), and experience with Cloud (AWS).
And don’t worry, even if you don’t check every box on the list, what matters the most to us is you can learn it quickly.
You want to make a difference in healthcare at home and abroad. You are excited about a fast‑growing scale‑up where no two days are the same. And you want to work with enthusiastic and talented international colleagues who all work hard to make healthcare a little bit better every day, and at the same time really enjoy lunch and Friday afternoon drinks together.
