Job summary

JUMBO in Veghel is looking for a Back-End Developer to develop and maintain Java applications for the Supply Chain landscape. In this role, you will collaborate within a Scrum team to ensure timely deliveries and optimal shopping experiences. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Java Development experience, along with skills in Spring Boot, AWS, and containers (Docker and Kubernetes). This position offers a gross salary between €5,100 - €6,600 per month, 30 days paid holiday, and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Java Developer, preferably in a food retail environment.
• Experience with Java 17+.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS or Azure (preferably AWS).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle DB.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Experience with Git and Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications for the Supply Chain landscape.
• Write clean code, build integrations, and work according to Agile and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate with business consultants and IT consultants.
• Gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into solid solution designs.
