Job summary

Forkliftcenter is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our international team in Amsterdam. You will contribute to brand activation, content creation, and promotional material development focused on heavy machinery and port equipment.

Expect a dynamic, hands-on week with responsibilities spanning social posts, product video briefs, trade fair attendance, and campaign analysis. You’ll grow under mentorship in a small, results-driven environment with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a HBO Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, WordPress or Magento a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and Spanish a plus.

B2B Marketing Internship (February 2027)

As a Marketing Intern, you will be fully involved in the Forkliftcenter team. You will work on a wide range of marketing activities, including brand activation, content creation, and the development of promotional materials, all focused on the world of heavy machinery and port equipment. Small team, big impact.

What does your workweek look like?

Dynamic and hands-on! One day you might be writing social media posts about our latest machines or preparing a briefing for a product video, while the next day you could be attending a trade fair or analyzing promotional campaigns. Because we are a small but highly effective team, you will quickly take on responsibility and see the direct results of your work, even on an international level.

To be successful in this internship, we believe you should have the following:

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Communication, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.
• You have a proactive attitude and are confident in taking ownership of projects independently.
• You are both analytical and practical in your approach.
• You are familiar with, or willing to learn, tools such as Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, and Magento.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
• A Category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Available 40 hours per week.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI capabilities and workflows is a plus
