Job summary

A2G Consulting BV is seeking an experienced Azure Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions across Microsoft Azure environments in the Netherlands.

The role focuses on cloud security, identity management, network protection, and data safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security services.
• Expertise in identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC).
• Knowledge of Azure network security, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Experience with data protection, encryption, and key management.
• Understanding of threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Familiarity with Defender for Cloud and Sentinel.
• Security compliance, auditing, and governance frameworks; scripting in PowerShell or Python; OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML; Azure security certifications.

Responsibilities
