Job summary

Planon is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Security Specialist to design, build and continuously improve our internal infrastructure, cloud, identity and security environment. You will configure, deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid infrastructure, and modern workplace platforms with a security, scalable and resilient mindset.

The role blends hands-on delivery with governance, risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infra/cloud/identity/security architecture experience.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery and RTO/RPO.
• Knowledge of Defender, vulnerability management and monitoring tools.
• Strong networking, Windows/Linux Server, AD and virtualization (VMware).
• IAM, SSO, RBAC, CA, enterprise apps, secrets management and Zero Trust.
• Architectural ownership with hands-on troubleshooting; standby shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and review secure, scalable architecture across Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure.
• Translate business and security requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
• Define security baselines, hardening, Zero Trust patterns and secure-by-design practices.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects from strategy to implementation.
• Assess changes for risk, compliance, scalability and resilience.
• Automate operations with PowerShell, Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Support incidents and changes, coordinating remediation and improvements.
