Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer in Amsterdam to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. The role involves automated release management, IaC with Terraform and ARM templates, and scripting in PowerShell and Bash.

You will support delivery teams, troubleshoot pipelines and containers, and contribute to monitoring with Azure Monitor. A2G offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate and a 1-year contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD design.
• Strong knowledge of Git repositories and branching strategies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• IaC experience with Terraform and ARM templates; familiarity with Docker and AKS is a plus.
• Good understanding of build, release, and deployment processes.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps certifications (AZ-400) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Establish and manage automated release management pipelines.
• Manage deployments and streamline release processes across environments.
• Configure and manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities.
• Implement IaC using ARM templates and Terraform.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Support delivery teams in resolving deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot pipelines, Docker containers, and AKS-related issues.
• Configure monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure automation and deployment efficiency.
