Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar position is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and a good sense of planning and structure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide customers with the appropriate information and direct them to the relevant department or employee.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate contact person.
• Manage appointments and support the daily planning of the showroom.
• Register and maintain customer and visitor information when required.
• Ensure that the reception desk and waiting area are always clean, tidy and presentable.
• Support other departments with basic administrative and organizational tasks.
• Receive and process mail, parcels, deliveries and general correspondence.
• Assist with showroom activities, events and other tasks when needed.
• Contribute to a high level of customer service and maintain a professional showroom image.
