Job summary

Nike Inc EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum is seeking motivated students for a six-month Athlete Training & Service Internship. You will immerse in training programs, learn initiatives, and support operational excellence across EMEA, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences.

The role offers hybrid work: three days on campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum) and two days from home, starting February 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship
• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship starting 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, three days per week on campus and two days from home
• You are currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO or WO) or you hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs and learning experiences
• Partner with stakeholders to manage program operations, communications, and training readiness
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, tracking, and engagement
• Contribute to planning processes and help ensure the successful execution of training initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve the athlete learning experience through continuous innovation and operational excellence
