Job summary

Selby Jennings in Amsterdam supports a leading international law firm’s growing technology and data practice. You will advise on IT, privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR compliance and data governance, and handle IT vendor contracts for major corporate clients.

Join a team led by experienced practitioners and contribute to technology-driven projects and transactions in an international, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch-qualified lawyer with senior associate level experience.
• Typically 5–8 years' post-qualification experience in IT, privacy/data protection or commercial technology contracting.
• Strong experience across IT, privacy/data protection and/or commercial technology contracting.
• Background from a respected international or Dutch firm, or strong in-house experience.
• Commercial, client-facing approach and fluent English (Dutch preferred).
