Job summary

IQVIA seeks an Associate Consultant and Statistician in the PCS Statistics & Psychometrics group. You will join multi-regional projects, performing statistical or psychometric analyses and helping deliver tailored solutions to life sciences clients.

You will work under project leads, develop statistical outputs, and contribute to reports and presentations. Strong knowledge of SAS, R, and Mplus is required, with excellent English communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in (bio)statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy or closely related discipline, plus 1 year of experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in (bio)statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy or closely related discipline, plus 2 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or analytics.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods for clinical trials and psychometric analysis (CTT, IRT, factor models, SEM).
• Programming experience with SAS, R, or Mplus.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to project deliverables such as development of statistical analysis plans, design outputs, and statistical analyses (SAS, R, Mplus).
• Assist with interpretation of results and development of statistical and psychometric reports.
• Participate in internal and client-facing meetings and communicate findings to multidisciplinary audiences.
• Assist with dissemination, abstracts, and client-facing presentations.
• Assist in business development activities and proposal writing.
• Support ongoing learning by reviewing literature and contributing to methodology discussions.
