Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an Associate Director BPT NL to lead technology enablement and strategic growth in the Netherlands. You will bridge local management with global IT teams, shaping the BPT roadmap and driving value through complex IT projects.

You will coordinate with central functions, oversee local implementations, and develop talent while ensuring strong business impact and clear communication with stakeholders in NL.

Qualifications

• Master degree in General Business Administration, Information Management or comparable education
• 5+ years on the job, ideally experience of project management for IT projects and leadership experience
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Experience with managing teams and business processes
• Experience on conception and development of IT systems; SAP or Salesforce and data analytics experience

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise NL in terms of BPT related services, capabilities and innovation.
• Represent your country to BPT and represent BPT to your country, and able explain/align/communicate the strategy/plan in both directions.
• Oversee the IT-project implementations for the local market and collaborate with project managers; learn from other BU’s and share best practices.
• Act as the 'BPT Home Manager' for all BPT staff in country, support communities and host events; build a strong talent pipeline.

As a bridge between our local management and global IT teams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our processes and results.
To achieve your goal as our new BPT Country Lead - NL, we believe that you will need to:

• Consult and advise NL in terms of BPT related services, capabilities and innovation.
• Represent your country to BPT and represent BPT to your country, and able explain/align/communicate the strategy/plan in both directions.
• Always act for positive Business impact and focus on getting business benefits.
• Be a business colleague and a functional BPT expert on the NL LT.
• Partner with central BPT teams to define the local BPT strategy roadmap for NL and contribute with the BPT perspective in our annual business plan (ABP)
• Champion BPT ways of working, actively engage colleagues before anything falls short
• Take leadership and be accountable for the value delivery through BPT projects and Services in NL
• Act as NL conduit for our Profectus Business Transformation Tech enablement workstream, supporting the business readiness and local adoption
• Collaborate with central functions such as Strategic Business Solutions, Solution Delivery, Service Delivery, Data and Analytics and others related to the Functional Area
• Oversee the IT-project implementations for the local market and collaborate with project managers
• Learn from other Business Units and share best practice to leverage synergies
• Facilitate and organize workshops, e.g. within AI and digital break throughs and to raise awareness of cyber security.
• Be able to prepare business analysis and take decisions on business cases together with the business.
• Act as the "BPT Home Manager" for all BPT staff in country. Support communities, host events... Keep everyone engaged.
• Be proactive in helping develop our talent pool

We expect you to have

• A Master Degree in General Business Administration, Information Management or comparable education
• More than 5 years on the job, ideally experience of project management for IT projects and leadership experience
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Experience with managing teams
• Good understanding of our business processes and knowledge to support the business on streamlining
• Experience on conception and development of IT systems
• Experience with at least one of our core IT platforms, SAP or Salesforce and data and analytics
• Experience in planning and management of projects, including Change Management

You are great at managing time and setting priorities.
