Job summary

The role involves year-end activities, preparing the financial statements, and supporting audits. You will participate in automation projects and contribute to making processes smarter and more efficient.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling.
• Knowledge of financial administrations, balance dossiers and closing processes.
• Experience with memorial postings and financial reports.
• Experience with processing financial mutations and debt collection management.
• Experience with Exact is a plus.
• Some knowledge of or experience with AI and related applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, check and timely supply financial data.
• Maintain balance dossiers and ensure accuracy of records.
• Process memorial postings and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements.
• Assist with debtor management including calling open invoices.
• Support month- and year-end closures and alignments.
