Job summary

Job Invest B.V. busca un Asistente Técnico para apoyar al equipo en el mantenimiento de ubicaciones y equipos, realizando tareas diarias y mantenimiento preventivo para evitar fallos.

Se valora experiencia, pero prima la actitud práctica y la disposición a aprender. Se trabajará en diferentes locations, con coche de empresa para desplazamientos.

Qualifications

• Eres práctico y dispuesto a aprender.
• Tienes permiso de conducir válido.
• Tienes al menos nivel B1 de inglés.
• Experiencia en un rol técnico similar es una ventaja.
• Puedes trabajar solo o en equipo.

Responsibilities

• Apoyar al equipo técnico en el mantenimiento de ubicaciones y equipos.
• Realizar tareas diarias de mantenimiento y reparación.
• Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo para evitar problemas técnicos.
• Identificar y reportar fallos técnicos y colaborar con contratistas.
• Mantener herramientas y áreas de trabajo limpias y seguras.

As an Assistant Technical Employee, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and solving these issues together with the technical team. This organization focuses on providing high-quality housing and facility services. From the head office and several housing locations, the team works every day to keep all facilities safe and well maintained.

Within the Technical Service team, the focus is on getting things done, working together, and solving problems. You support a variety of technical tasks and work at different locations. When needed, you also work together with external contractors. This means no two working days are exactly the same.

Función

As an Assistant Technical Employee, you support the technical team with maintaining and improving the housing locations, facilities, and equipment. You help with daily maintenance and repair tasks and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid technical problems as much as possible.

Do you notice a technical issue while working? You identify and report it and help solve simple mechanical and electrical problems. You also make sure that tools and work areas are clean, organized, and safe. You work closely with the Technical Service team and, when needed, with external contractors. You always follow the safety procedures and company guidelines. For business trips to the different housing locations, a car is provided.

Requisitos del puesto

What do you bring to the role?

• You are handy, practical, and eager to learn new things;
• You have a valid driving licence;
• You have at least a B1 level of English;
• Experience in a similar technical role is a plus, but not required;
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.
