Job summary

Gina Tricot AB in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the store in the absence of the store manager and drive daily operations. You will motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will join the Gina Tricot Smile Academy for leadership development, with a permanent 30-hour weekly contract and a dynamic fashion-forward team. English fluency and flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) are required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in service and sales.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team towards goals.
• Strong interest in sales and key figures (KPIs).
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Eye for the visual and store presentation.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store when the manager is not there.

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate person for the role of Assistant Store Manager in our new Store in Netherlands - Utrecht. If you are passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills and love working in the fashion industry, you could be the perfect candidate for us!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you take ownership of the store when the manager is not there and are responsible for its results. In order for you to continue to develop your leadership skills, we provide you with support in your leadership role and access to our training courses in the Gina Tricot Smile Academy. Here it is important to us that you take the initiative to grow in your role.
