Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving performance, delivering exceptional service, and shaping a positive store culture.

You will help develop a high-performing team, support operations, and execute sales strategies for store success. You will lead with coaching and hands-on leadership, ensuring both employees and customers thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervising position within retail.
• Results-oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Good command of English (B1-B2) and Dutch.
• Able to work on a flexible schedule.
• Experience in footwear, fashion or lifestyle is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support store systems, including day-to-day operations, opening/closing procedures, inventory management and loss prevention.
• Contribute analyzing store performance by interpreting KPIs and support action plans that drive measurable results.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of Skechers store members.
• Support scheduling and staffing.
• Maintainstore organization and support product displays.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
