McDonald's Midden Limburg en Maastricht Centrum is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be the Restaurant Manager's right-hand. You will lead the team, motivate colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations, from the counter to the kitchen.

You will contribute to annual plans, monitor the figures, and step in when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable. The role offers development through the McDonald's Academy and opportunities to advance with internal training.

Formación

• Minimum vocational (MBO) level
• Leadership experience preferred

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be the Restaurant Manager's right-hand man. Together, you'll ensure the restaurant runs smoothly every day. You'll lead the team, motivate colleagues, and foster a working atmosphere where everyone excels. From a perfect Big Mac to a smile at the cash register, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly.

In this role, you'll be a leader not only on the floor but also behind the scenes. You'll contribute to annual plans, keep a close eye on the figures, and ensure everything is operational and financially sound. And when the Restaurant Manager isn't available, you'll effortlessly take over.
