As Asset Management Lead, you are responsible for leading and developing Meyn’s Asset Management department within the Installed Base Management team. You ensure that our global installed base of poultry processing machines is accurately structured, maintained, and continuously improved within our asset management systems.
You manage the team responsible for asset registration, data maintenance, and maintenance plan development.
In this role, you combine leadership with content expertise. You translate business strategy into structured asset management processes and ensure alignment with Engineering, Innovation, Manufacturing, Service, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the asset management team (3 FTE), including workload, backlog, and team development.
- Manage all assets and maintenance plans, including End-of-Life and modifications.
- Perform TCO calculations to support customer decision-making and competitive positioning.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide strategic insight and advice to senior management on asset-related initiatives.
- Oversee correct reflection of “as-engineered” and “as-installed” situations in systems.
What Do You Bring
- HBO or WO level in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in asset management, technical support, maintenance engineering, or industrial services.
- Proven leadership experience (team lead or manager level).
- Experience in an OEM or industrial equipment environment.
- Experience working in an EAM-driven environment, with strong affinity for ERP and PLM systems.
- Solid understanding of physical asset management and maintenance methodologies.
- Experience with master data governance and system structuring.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Structured and quality-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).

- Salary between € 4 393,00 - € 6 208,00 depending on education and working experience.
