Job summary

Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst zoekt een Assemblage Medewerker om towbars te assembleren volgens duidelijke instructies. Afhankelijk van je werkplek werk je zelfstandig met een pick-by-light systeem of samen aan de assemblagelijn.

Je voert steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt rekening met veiligheid en ergonomie; tilwerk is mogelijk maar tilhulpen zijn beschikbaar. De functie kent een tweeploegendienst: vroege dienst 06:00–15:00 en late dienst 15:00–00:00.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentaliteit en affiniteit met technisch werk.
• Oog voor kwaliteit en teamwork.
• In staat om instructies te volgen en procedurestappen te respecteren.
• Betrokken bij kwaliteitscontroles en veiligheidsnormen.

Responsibilities

• Samenstellen van de tow-bars volgens duidelijke werkinstructies.
• Indien nodig zelfstandig werken met pick-by-light systeem of samen aan de assemblagelijn.
• Uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles op elk product.
• Tilwerk kan voorkomen; tilhulpen zijn beschikbaar.

As an Assembly Worker, you will assemble towbars by following clear work instructions. Depending on your workstation, you will either build products independently using a pick‑by‑light system or work together with colleagues on the assembly line.

You will also carry out random quality checks to ensure each towbar meets the required standards. Some tasks may involve lifting heavier items, but lifting aids are available whenever necessary.

You will work in a two‑shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00–15:00

• Late shift: 15:00–00:00

You will join an organisation with extensive industry experience and a strong focus on quality.

Wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage of €18.89.

• An additional 15% shift allowance.

• An additional 5.12% ADV allowance on top of your hourly wage.

• Travel allowance of up to €12 per day.
