Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven zoekt een EUV Technician Cabin Assembly om machine cabins voor EUV-systemen voor te bereiden en samen te bouwen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt aan het installeren van mechanische, elektrische en mechatronische componenten volgens tekeningen, voert functies en tests uit en rapporteert afwijkingen.

Deze fulltime positie biedt een marktconform bruto maandsalaris, 27 vakantiedagen + ADV en een pensioenregeling, met ruimte om je technische vaardigheden verder

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3/4 in mechatronics, electrical of mechanical engineering.
• Ervaring in montage of mechanical/ technische productie.
• In staat tekeningen en werkinstructies te lezen en te volgen.
• Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.
• Voldoende Engels om instructies te begrijpen en te communiceren.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en assembleren van machine cabins volgens tekeningen.
• Installeren van mechanische, elektrische en mechatronische componenten.
• Routing en bevestigen van kabels/hoses/ducting.
• Uitvoeren van functionele controles en basisproeven.
• Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen en samenwerken met productie.

Would you like to work on the technology behind some of the world's most advanced microchips? At ASML in Veldhoven, you will contribute to the assembly of complex EUV systems. As an EUV Technician Cabin Assembly, you will prepare and assemble machine cabins, ensuring that every component is installed correctly and meets the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

This role combines hands-on technical work, precision and problem-solving in a high-tech manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with complex systems and seeing the results of your work, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling machine cabins according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Installing and connecting mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components.
• Routing, securing and checking cables, hoses and ducting.
• Performing functional checks, adjustments and basic tests.
• Inspecting your own work and identifying or reporting deviations.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain product quality and production progress.
• Supporting other manufacturing teams when additional assistance is needed.

You Will Be Successful In This Role If

• You have completed an MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar field.
• You have experience in assembly, mechanical fitting or technical production work.
• You can read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• You work accurately and pay attention to detail.
• You can recognise technical issues and communicate them clearly.
• You have sufficient English skills to understand technical instructions and communicate with colleagues.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards, NEN 3140, NEN 1010 or systems such as SAP is an advantage.
