Start People in de regio Gelderland zoekt een Machine Assembly Technician die modules en complete machines bouwt volgens tekeningen en klantspecificaties.

Je begint met het lezen van de tekening, bereidt onderdelen voor en assembleert de verschillende onderdelen totdat de machine af is. Daarna test en stel je bij waar nodig.

Qualifikationen

• MBO niveau onderwijs of equivalente ervaring in een technische richting.
• Bij voorkeur ervaring met mechanische assemblage, machinebouw of machine-assembly.
• Het kunnen lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen.
• Goede technische inzichten.
• Voldoende Engelse of Nederlandse communicatieve vaardigheden.

Aufgaben

• Module- en volledige machines samenstellen.
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en volgen.
• Mechanische onderdelen installeren en assembleren.
• Machines tijdens het assemblageproces testen en controleren.
• Machines en onderdelen afstellen en kalibreren.

As a Machine Assembly Technician, you build modules and complete machines based on technical drawings, work instructions and customer specifications.

As a Machine Assembly Technician, you build modules and complete machines based on technical drawings, work instructions and customer specifications.

You start by checking the technical drawing and preparing the components you need. From there, you assemble the different parts and gradually see the complete machine take shape.

Your job involves more than just assembly. You also test, check and adjust components to make sure everything works correctly. Do you notice a technical issue or something that does not match the drawing? You investigate the problem and work towards the right solution.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Assembling modules and complete machines;
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;
• Installing and assembling mechanical components;
• Testing and checking machines during the assembly process;
• Adjusting and calibrating machines and components.

Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure every machine meets the required quality and safety standards before it leaves the production floor.

Experience within machine building is an advantage, but experience in another technical assembly environment can also be a good match.

• MBO level education or equivalent experience in a technical field;
• Preferably experience with mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building;
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings;
• Good technical insight;
• Sufficient English or Dutch communication skills.
