Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing and recruiting activities.
• Support merchandising and pricing according to standards.
• Participate in inventory management, damages, markdowns and reporting.
• Maintain in-stock targets and accurate recordkeeping.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and store supervision.
• Open/close store operations and cash control procedures.
• Review financials to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation on time.
