Job summary

Boskalis Netherlands is seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead an asphalt crew across diverse sites nationwide. You will coordinate with project teams, manage progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Applicants should have MBO/HBO level in civil engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in civil works. Night/weekend shifts may be required, and projects span across land locations.

Qualifications

• MBO- or HBO-level education, Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience in GWW or road infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project planning and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Give daily leadership to an asphalt crew (machine operators, screeders, finishers and transport).
• Coordinate planning with the project team to ensure everything is arranged on time.
• Monitor progress and quality and adjust as needed.
• Organize and verify quality measurements.
• Prepare reports and keep cost and production under control.
• Ensure a safe work environment and a good team spirit.
