Job summary

Lonza Geleen, Netherlands, site-based role, delivering and coordinating GMP training focused on aseptic behavior in classified manufacturing areas. You will coach employees and contractors, monitor aseptic practices, and support aseptic training programs with QA and Manufacturing teams.

We seek a BSc in science with GMP training experience, strong communication, and an adaptable, detail-oriented mindset. The role emphasizes real-time collaboration and continuous improvement in aseptic standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires a BSc or equivalent in science or related field.
• Experience in GMP/pharma manufacturing with GMP training delivery.
• Knowledge of aseptic behaviour and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Experience with electronic GxP training platforms and creating training materials.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Self-starting, adaptable, with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behavior.
• Provide hands-on coaching in aseptic and classified areas.
• Monitor aseptic practices and retrain as needed.
• Develop training materials and improvement actions from trends.
• Support cleanroom management and training of cleaning personnel.
• Generate reports and assist QA/ Manufacturing with training/compliance.
• Assist deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments and audits.
• Evaluate equipment changes from an aseptic perspective.
