Job summary

Pauwert is offering an internship in architecture in Eindhoven. You will join a team of architects and BIM modelers, supporting projects from concept to detail while based at the oldest farm in Eindhoven.

Expect to commit at least 32 hours per week for five months, with periods including January–July 2026, September 2026–January 2027, or January–July 2027, and receive an internship allowance per the Architecten CAO.

Qualifications

• Independent, curious, and energized by spatial issues.
• Strong software skills in AutoCAD and Adobe suite.
• Eager to start with BEDENKKRACHT.

Responsibilities

Who are we?

We are an architectural firm in Eindhoven that designs functional and people-oriented buildings that can be used for as long and as diversely as possible. We prefer to do this in open dialogue with all parties involved throughout the entire process. We call this ‘BEDENKKRACHT’, a Dutch compound word existing of the words ‘bedenken’ (to think) and ‘kracht’ (power). We are convinced that it is precisely by working together that we can create pleasant living, working, and living environments for tomorrow’s world.

We work with a dedicated team from the oldest farm in Eindhoven, which we recently transformed ourselves. This team consists of around 30 designers, architects, structural engineers, BIM modelers, and thinkers. We combine different ways of thinking and are constantly looking for innovative and feasible projects. From residential buildings and healthcare facilities to work environments and logistics centers. Often from the very first idea to the technical details.

This is you

You are independent, curious, and energized by spatial issues. You have good software skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). In addition, you can’t wait to get started with your ’BEDENKKRACHT’.

What does an internship at Pauwert look like?

• You will be part of a dedicated team of experienced and young architects and BIM modelers.
• You will work in a team on varied and challenging projects, based in the oldest farm in Eindhoven.
• You will receive an internship allowance in accordance with the Architecten CAO (Collective Labor Agreement for Architects).
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week for a period of 5 months, within one of the following periods: January to July 2026, September 2026 to January 2027, or January to July 2027.
