The Member Company is recruiting a Building Consultant in the Netherlands to oversee diverse architectural projects and specialise in project management and property care. You will manage maintenance, project execution, and demolition tasks as part of a dynamic, global consultancy team.

We offer a transparent secondment model, a monthly gross salary ranging from €3,200 to €5,000, plus profit sharing and a yearly training budget of €2,200 for coaching and study.

As a Building Consultant at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you are responsible for overseeing a variety of interesting projects. You will fully specialise in project management and property care. Your tasks include maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.
