Job summary

• Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Leadership and team management skills; ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency with production management software.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; French and/or Italian is a plus.

About your future job

As the Autonomous Production Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and autonomous operation of our production unit, optimizing production processes, and guaranteeing product quality. You will collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to achieve production goals and continuously improve operations.
