Job summary

FULL FORCE DIGITAL is seeking an Application Integration Specialist to design and implement integration and automation solutions across marketing, content, and enterprise platforms. You will help clients connect applications and streamline data flows within complex technology landscapes.

This hybrid role, based in Naarden, requires translating business requirements into technical solutions and a strong interest in AI-enabled workflows and modern integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Understanding of APIs, MCPs, system integrations and data flows.
• Knowledge of JSON and modern web technologies.
• Experience with integration, automation or low-code platforms.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation and modern integration patterns.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Naarden, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Experience with technologies such as Adobe Workfront Fusion, MuleSoft Anypoint, Workato, Logic Apps, Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Exposure to AI orchestration, AI integrations or emerging AI connectivity standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).

As an Application Integration Specialist, you will design and implement integration and automation solutions across marketing, content and enterprise platforms.

You will help clients connect applications, streamline business processes and enable seamless data flows across complex technology landscapes. Working closely with consultants, architects and client stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into practical integration solutions that deliver measurable operational value.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, automation and digital transformation and is approximately:

20% innovation, capability development and knowledge sharing.
