Job summary

Dijklander Ziekenhuis is seeking an apothekersassistent VTGM to prepare infusion medications safely and accurately for inpatients and home care patients. You will join a dedicated team in a growing facility with a focus on high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Initially based in Hoorn with future work from the Purmerend site as the new unit is completed. Opportunities for development, a permanent contract, and inclusion in a modern GMP-accredited environment are offered.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 diploma in pharmaceutical assistant.
• Having completed the preparation module is a plus; otherwise we provide internal training.
• Occasional weekend on-call shifts.
• Desire to develop further in the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare infusion medications, including cytostatics for hospital wards and day treatment.
• Prepare total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for adults and children.
• Ensure infusion medications are prepared safely for patients receiving home treatment.
