ViaMedica is seeking anesthesiologists for flexible, temporary assignments across hospitals in the Netherlands. As part of our flexpool, you will determine when and where you work, for 4–6 month contracts with no mandatory shifts, enabling diverse clinical experience. Big-registered anesthesiologists with affinity for complex patient care are invited to join. You'll collaborate with surgeons and nurses to maintain top patient safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• BIG-registered anesthesiologist in the Netherlands.
• Availability: 2–5 days per week.
• Duration: 4–6 months with potential flexibility.
• Affinity for complex patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise anesthesia care for diverse procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care.
