IKEA is expanding the Android team in Amsterdam. You will build Android features, review code and write unit and UI tests, ensuring high-quality software. You will help shape design decisions, improve CI/CD practices and share patterns with fellow engineers to keep the app reliable in production.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture (MVVM) and design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing and Git/GitHub collaboration.
• A formal qualification in computer science or an equivalent engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Build Android features, review code and write unit and UI tests.
• Investigate performance, maintain the app and support it in production.
• Help shape feature designs, improve build configuration and CI/CD, and share reusable patterns with engineers.
