Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a data enablement professional to lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable data models and pipelines across Europe. You will empower data-driven decision-making and collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver reliable data assets for reporting and advanced analytics.

The role includes building AI agents, automating processes, and supporting regional forecasting and budget preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and querying.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with dbt (data build tool) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their data services.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques (Kimball methodology).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models across Europe.
• ETL/ELT Development: Build and optimize data pipelines to transform data for the warehouse.
• Data Quality & Validation: Implement quality checks and monitoring for data assets.
• Performance Optimization: Tune models and queries for speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers to translate requirements.
• Access management: Create and manage access rules for data models.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for models, pipelines, and data dictionaries.
• Tooling & AI: Contribute to modern data stack and collaborate on AI/ML initiatives.
• Regional Forecasting: Support budgeting and capacity planning with regional data analyses.
