Job summary

Kuiper Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician for day shifts near Breda to ensure optimal operation of production and packaging equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support machine changes while contributing to safety and efficiency improvements.

The role requires MBO 3/4 or equivalent in a technical direction, with experience in machine maintenance and familiarity with AX/Dynaway.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 or equivalent (technical direction).
• Technical insight and experience in machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine safety, food safety, and cleanroom guidelines.
• Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., AX/Dynaway).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks according to planning and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Record completed work in the maintenance system (AX/Dynaway).
• Identify and implement process improvements and technical solutions.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments according to NEN3140.
