Job summary

Matchflow zoekt een Allround Poultry Worker voor onze locatie in Herveld. Je werkt dagelijks met leghennen en vleeskuikens, met vaste werktijden en een functie die bijdraagt aan duurzame productie.

De rol is tijdelijk met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Er geldt een marktconform salaris volgens de CA voor productie‑gerichte dierenhouderij, inclusief 13e maand en extra verlofregeling. Training en ontwikkelingskansen worden aangeboden.

Responsibilities

• Werk op locatie Herveld, wisselend tussen opfok‑ en legblijven.
• Dagelijks werken met leghennen, vleeskuikens, eieren en bijbehorende processen.
• Zorg voor dieren, bewaak klimaat in de stal en registreer groei, gezondheid en prestaties.
• Selecteer dieren op genetische kenmerken en draag bij aan verbeteringen.

In addition, as an Allround Poultry Worker in Herveld, you will care for the animals, monitor the stable climate, and record data on growth, health, and performance. You will select animals based on genetic characteristics and actively contribute ideas for improvements, ensuring that the working environment in Herveld remains clean, safe, and well organized.
