Job summary

Contecto in Beugen is seeking an Allround Maintenance Employee to keep our building and spaces tidy, safe, and well-maintained. You will handle practical tasks independently, perform minor repairs, and help maintain a pleasant working environment. The role can extend to include assembly work if hours increase.

We offer a flexible schedule starting from 16 hours per week, with potential to reach 40 hours. Your pay aligns with the CAO and includes generous holiday benefits, plus travel allowance

What will you be doing?

As an Allround Maintenance Employee, you’ll keep our building, workspaces and surrounding area tidy, safe and well-maintained. You’ll take on practical tasks independently, carry out minor repairs, and help keep our working environment pleasant and organised. Want to work more hours? The role can be extended to include assembly work.

Your responsibilities:

• Practical repairs and maintenance work on the building;
• Basic maintenance of machinery and equipment;
• Maintaining the immediate outdoor area and general tidiness;
• If your hours are extended: contributing to assembly work within our production.

What do we offer you?

• A role starting from 16 hours per week, extendable up to a maximum of 40 hours;
• A salary matching your experience and in line with the collective labour agreement (CAO);
• 31.5 holiday days, of which 6.5 are ADV days (reduced working hours days);
• 8% holiday allowance, a 70% employer contribution to your pension, and travel expense reimbursement from the first kilometre;
