Job summary

Logoplaste Elst is seeking an Allround Machine Operator to join our production team in Elst (Gld.). You will work accurately, follow regulations, and be flexibly deployable with a proactive attitude and collegiality.

You will report to the Shift Leader and work in a nine-person team across Injection and Blow Moulding, handling production reporting, mold changes, and daily testing while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO level 2-3 education or equivalent.
• Work experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shift Leader and work in a production team of 9 people.
• Analyze/report machine stops and errors found by control equipment.
• Work on production processes (Injection and Blow Moulding) including reporting and maintenance.
• Perform mold conversions or changes for product changes.
• Daily testing of production according to regulations.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety and housekeeping guidelines.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Reports to the Shift Leader and works in a production team of 9 people in total.
• Analyzing/reporting machine stops and errors found by control equipment.
• Works on various aspects of both production processes (Injection and Blow Moulding) such as production reporting, loss minimization, maintenance
• of machines making the objectives realized.
• Performing product changes (mold conversion).
• Daily testing of production according to regulations
• Working according to established quality systems
• Strict adherence to Health&Safety, Food Safety and Housekeeping
• guidelines.

We are looking for...

Profile

• Completed MBO level 2-3 education or similar but at least
• functioning at MBO level 2-3 through a combination of education and
• experience.
• Work experience in a production environment

Technical Skills

• Experience and knowledge of machinery (Injection and/or Blow Moulding)
• Experience working according to Health&Safety Food Safety and Housekeeping Guidelines.
• Team player
• Eager to learn
• Stress resistant
• Flexibility and reliability are essential
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English

Working hours

• 5-shift

• The organization provides all necessary tools for performing
• the job (tools and personal protective equipment).
• Overall, the work is not mentally demanding.
• The environment in which work is performed is very hygienic.
• In order to prevent health risks, the use of the
• personal protective equipment is mandatory at all times.
