Job summary

The Vincent Hotel Group is seeking an All-round F&B employee to deliver a welcoming guest experience across breakfast, bar, and service. You will join a busy team, prepare simple dishes, and ensure smooth operations with guest contact and independent prep.

We value friendliness, service orientation, and multitasking in a dynamic hospitality setting. This full-time role is based in Utrecht, with vacation, training, and staff perks under the catering collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitable attitude and guest focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shifts.
• Good communicative skills in Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests across breakfast, bar and dining.
• Prepare and serve simple a la carte dishes.
• Prepare mise en place for breakfast or dinner.
• Self-prepare simple orders and drinks behind the bar.
• Maintain and refresh the breakfast buffet.
• Explain and suggest food and beverages to guests.
• Clear tables and assist with restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist with preparations for the next day.
