Blankert Shortlease BV zoekt een allround schadehersteller in Zwolle. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor herstelwerkzaamheden aan auto's, van lakwerk tot reparaties, en zorgt voor veiligheid en kwaliteit van het wagenpark.

Je werkt in een hecht team, communiceert met collega's en leveranciers, en draagt bij aan de opleiding van jong talent. Een praktijkgerichte instelling en oog voor detail zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als schadehersteller of gemotiveerd om dit verder te ontwikkelen.
• Technisch inzicht en oog voor detail.
• Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken.

Responsibilities

• Uitdeuken, schuren, vullen en spuiten van voertuigen.
• Onderdelen repareren en vervangen.
• Schade beoordelen en de beste reparatie kiezen.
• Leerlingen/talent begeleiden en opleiden.

What are you going to do?

• Dent removal, sanding, filling and spraying of cars;
• Repair and replace parts;
• Assess damage and consider the best repair solution;
• Guide and train young talent in the profession;
