Job summary

TopzorgGroep is seeking a physiotherapist for our primary care practice. You will diagnose, treat, and guide clients with musculoskeletal complaints, working autonomously and tailoring care to individual patient goals.

You will conduct intake interviews, develop and execute treatment plans, advise on posture and prevention, monitor progress, and document in the medical record while collaborating with doctors and other disciplines across primary care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physiotherapist or equivalent.
• Experience in primary care is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake interviews and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Counsel on posture, movement and prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment trajectory.
• Record treatment data in the EPD/medical file.
• Collaborate with general practitioners and other disciplines.
