Job summary

Everience is seeking an AIT Manager to coordinate and manage complex testing activities for next‑generation space systems. You will oversee AIT across the product lifecycle, ensuring test planning, facilities, resources, and execution align to deliver high‑quality products safely and on schedule.

You will work with Team Leaders, Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to coordinate multiple activities and ensure successful delivery of advanced space programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in AIT/high-tech.
• Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, or AIT activities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive and structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and manage AIT strategies, planning and execution approaches.
• Coordinate internal test facilities, resources, and test campaigns.
• Ensure test activities meet quality, safety and project requirements.
• Manage technical and operational stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve AIT processes and ways of working.
• Support delivery of advanced satellite and space technology programmes.
