The role blends architecture weeks with hands-on security engineering, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure design viability and operational continuity.

On-site in The Hague, you will document decisions, specify cloud and on-prem components, and drive risk-aware design across the supported estate.

Qualifications

• Real security architecture experience in a governed environment.
• Hands-on security engineering across products, integration and troubleshooting.
• Comfort with cloud and on-premises design.
• Habit of documenting decisions for engineers to act on.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders about risk.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to security architectures for air command and control and document decisions.
• Produce specifications for cloud and on-premises components and interfaces.
• Support projects with technical plans aligned to design principles.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot security products across the estate.
• Integrate local security services with central infrastructure or engineer equivalents.
